On the latest episode of Nick Cannon’s podcast, “Cannon’s Class,” entertainer and now 2020 presidential candidate Kanye West discussed his recent breakdown over abortion at a South Carolina campaign event. Kanye said he believes, “[God] wants me to say this now,” adding that people decided to keep their unborn children after connecting to him. If God didn’t want me to run on stage and say Beyonce had the best video, he wouldn’t have sat me in the front row,” West said jokingly, comparing the most recent backlash to his 2009 controversy with Taylor Swift at the VMAs.
In what is being billed as “Part 1” of their conversation, West and Cannon discussed a range of topics including abortion, his faith, his 2016 hospitalization, fashion design, and his political affiliation called “The Birthday Party.”
When Cannon brought up how media and fans blasted West for his tearful campaign speech in July, West responded that it shows the world is “sick.”
“A world that thinks you shouldn’t cry and be in repentance when you just … you know that is the world that is sick,” he said, before sharing “hard facts that deal with the black genocide.”
West reiterated his previous statements on the racist goals of Planned Parenthood and its founder Margaret Sanger.

Abby Johnson, a former abortion clinic director at Planned Parenthood, spoke to Alex Marlow on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily on Thursday, explaining that she became a pro-life advocate after witnessing an abortion. The interview came ahead of the 2019 March for Life, scheduled for January 18 in Washington, DC.
Johnson said, “I worked for Planned Parenthood for eight years. I was a clinic director. I left in 2009 after a couple of things. One, I was told that my job was to double the amount of abortions — so double our abortion quota — that we had in our clinic, which was troubling to me because I was told for all of these years that our goal was to reduce the number of abortions, and here I am being told to double our quota.”
Johnson then described her participation in and witnessing of an abortion procedure.
Johnson recalled, “Then, about a month later, I was asked to help participate in an ultrasound-guided abortion procedure. Ultrasounds are generally not used during the actual abortion procedure itself, but we had a new physician in our clinic that day, and he wanted to show us what this looked like. He thought it would be a good learning opportunity for us. I watched as a 13-week-old fetus fought and struggled for his life against the abortion instrument. I knew then that there was humanity in the womb, and abortion was taking the life of this innocent human being, and I decided to leave Planned Parenthood.”
Marlow invited Johnson’s comments on science as the theme of this year’s March for Life.

In a new video released Tuesday by the pro-life Center for Medical Progress, a former StemExpress (a body parts research company) employee said she witnessed her colleagues working inside Planned Parenthood clinics collect fetal body parts following an abortion without obtaining consent from the patient who underwent the procedure.
In the latest installment in a series of videos featuring Holly O’Donnell, a former StemExpress procurement technician, O’Donnell said that patients looking to donate tissue from their procedures have to sign a consent form — but sometimes that didn’t happen. “If there was like a high-gestated fetus, I mean, I have witnessed there was no consent signed, and these women didn’t know that it was getting taken,” O’Donnell said. “It’s stealing, it’s stealing baby parts.”
O’Donnell said some women gave consent to make the donation, but others didn’t want to or were “creeped out” by the question. She added that sometimes the procurement technician performed actions in the clinic that they were not permitted or licensed to do, such as drawing blood or starting an IV.

When we think of the ideological and spiritual conflicts raging throughout the West, there are certain vital fronts of battle where the stakes are high and the conflict is intense. Abortion is one of these.
Last year a few heroic warriors went undercover and posed as potential purchasers of aborted baby body-parts. They visited with the hardened butchers, some senior executives of Planned Parenthood to discuss the possibilities and opportunities of purchasing body parts from the execution chambers of that terrible eugenicist organisation. They secretly recorded the conversations and negotiations. Then they released them to the public.
Our parents taught us that sunlight was the best disinfectant. How the cockroaches rushed for the dark places when the videos were released. All the obfuscation, misdirection, and false representations shrivelled. Then began the slow fightback from Planned Parenthood and its palace guard.
David Daleiden was at the forefront of the investigation and exposure of Planned Parenthood's grotesque practices. He was slapped with so many vexatious lawsuits that it seemed as if he would suffocate under the mountain of turgid legalese-covered writs. But, bit by bit, it is being rolled back.

Advice on Tearing Down White Supremacy

It is a rich if tragic irony that the same progressives denouncing [neo-Nazi] Richard Spencer and demanding that municipal statues be torn down for their alleged white supremacist qualities are themselves closely aligned with a white supremacist-tied group. I am speaking, of course, of Planned Parenthood, which is to the abortion-loving Left what Adolf Hitler’s bunker would have become to fascists had Germany not demolished it in the late 1980s: a sort of holy shrine upon which adulation and adoration can be fixated.
The racist, eugenicist roots of Planned Parenthood are well-documented, as is the paranoid racial and eugenic visions of its founder, Margaret Sanger, who spoke of her desire to create “a new race with a racial soul” in the United States, once cheerfully spoke before a women’s Klan meeting, desired to “keep the doors of Immigration closed” to those “whose condition is known to be detrimental to the stamina of the race,” and yearned to accentuate “the better racial elements in our society” so as to erase from the population “defective stocks—those human weeds which threaten the blooming of the finest flowers of American civilization.”
But Planned Parenthood’s partisans tend to downplay those unpleasant historical realities, dismissing them as products of the time rather than a guiding principle of the institution as it stands today. Yes and no.

Court Dismisses Bogus Charges Against David Daleiden

In a huge victory, a California court has dismissed almost all of the criminal charges abortion activists filed against the pro-life advocates who recorded undercover videos exposing Planned Parenthood selling the body parts from aborted babies.
California Attorney General Xavier Becerra filed 15 felony charges against both David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt. Becerra is a longtime abortion advocate with financial connections to the Planned Parenthood abortion company that the two pro-life Advocates exposed in the videos for selling body parts such as fetal brains and livers.
At the time, pro-life advocates said Becerra’s 15 felony charges were bogus charges meant to belittle the expose’ campaign and to cast aspersions on Daleiden and the organization behind the videos. They said the attempt was about drawing attention away from Planned Parenthood’s sales of aborted baby parts.
The San Francisco Superior Court on Wednesday dismissed 14 of 15 criminal counts but the pair are still charged with one count of conspiracy to invade privacy.

Planned Parenthood executives joked about decapitated fetuses, admitted to altering abortion procedures to preserve fetal organs and said clinics have a financial incentive to sell human tissue in a new undercover video released Thursday. The three-minute video was recorded at an annual National Abortion Federation meeting by pro-life investigators with the Center for Medical Progress. The advocacy group said it’s just a preview of never-before-seen content that has been sealed for almost two years due to legal fights.

For those who have eyes to see, the most recent video released by CMP is striking, staggering, stupefying. One of the most remarkable things about this most recent episode is the fact that the pro-choice forces have officially abandoned argument, about which more below. Another is the fact that in the video, the people who are discussing the most appalling crimes with Mengelesque aplomb are overwhelmingly women. We have gotten to the point where we might as well form an association called Harpies for Abortion, and get Congress to fund it. If you oppose the violent dismemberment of a small child, in order that her parts may then be sold for a tidy sum, then you are probably a hater of some sort.
SHATTERED CHAINS
Cecile Richards goes out there and gives it her PR best, talking about “women’s health,” and “reproductive freedom,” but we have now been given a stark view of what she is actually talking about. And this makes sense of the larger picture—I find it telling that these people don’t want to say anything about reproductive freedom for Chinese women, say—nothing about forced abortions, or child limit policies, etc. “If you want three kids, have three kids.” That would be reproductive freedom. But if you take a close look at what feminism intends by shattering the chains of the patriarchy, you will find, courtesy of the hidden camera, what makes up those chains. Those chains are people — kids — and my, they do get shattered.
We are not up against a Mordor with an Eye of Doom, the kind of eye that can look at you and count all your bones. We are not talking about a black mountain at night, with lurid orange flowing down its sides. We are not talking about jagged lightning bolts throwing the rocky landscape into high relief, with shadows sharp enough to cut your hand. No cartoon villainy here. Rather, we are talking about Mordor with a PR Department. We are talking about Mordor with talking points and well-groomed lobbyists. We are talking about Mordor in pale pastels. People still die though.

Dear Mr. President,
I should begin by acknowledging that I was not among those who supported your campaign for the Republican nomination, and that I did not vote for you in the general election. This was centrally because—speaking frankly—I did not trust your professed conversion to the pro-life cause. At the same time, I need to say that I have been pleasantly surprised by your appointments and behavior in this regard thus far, and have been greatly encouraged.
In line with this, I am writing to propose something that would be an even greater encouragement to people in my position, and which is well within your capacity to do. It is far more like an executive order than it is like getting a fiscally-sane budget through Congress, and so I wanted to write you this open letter, and suggest the proposal to you.
The proposal is this: that you award the Presidential Medal of Freedom to David Daleiden, founder of the Center for Medical Progress, and the man who courageously exposed the trafficking in human parts that has been conducted by Planned Parenthood.
Here are some of the reasons why I believe this should be done:

On April 29, protesters took to the streets across the country to call for Congress to finally fulfill Republican leaders’ promises to end taxpayers’ sponsorship of Planned Parenthood, our nation’s largest abortion provider.
Sadly, in the debate between pro-lifers and pro-aborts, certain voices are often ignored. This includes the women who have experienced abortion and were deceived by organizations like Planned Parenthood, which have a vested interest in downplaying or denying the effects abortion can have on women’s lives.
While the abortion giant claims to have women’s best interests at heart, countless numbers of us who have suffered the adverse effects of abortion know that’s anything but true. While the organization’s brass promote themselves as health-care providers and advocates of poor women, a little research reveals the people running the show aren’t the champions they claim to be.
In fact, they’re doing quite well for themselves as taxpayers watch their hard-earned dollars support their organization, which delivers more than 300,000 abortions each year. In 2014, Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards earned $957,952, according to Internal Revenue Service records, while the organization received $528 million in government funding the same year.

Whitworth University, a Christian liberal arts university in Spokane, Wash., will sever its ties to Planned Parenthood, Campus Reform reported Wednesday.
The university’s Students for Life chapter objected last fall to Planned Parenthood’s status as a “community partner” of Whitworth, which has an enrollment of 3,000 and is affiliated with the Presbyterian church. The partnership allowed university students to intern at the organization for school credit.
In an email to students Tuesday, which was obtained by Students for Life, Whitworth President Beck Taylor wrote that he instructed the school “not to renew” its “limited partnership” with Planned Parenthood.

We are witnesses to an abuse of power by government that represents a test of our democracy. Anyone who fails to rally to the cause of the Americans victimized in this case should be discredited.
Though I have not been shy about criticizing President Trump when I think he deserves it, he is not involved.

Because David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt, who went undercover to reveal the law-breaking of Planned Parenthood, now find themselves, not Planned Parenthood, accused of 15 felony counts by the State of California.
Their crimes? Recording people without their consent. The editorial board of the Los Angeles Times, to its credit, has called this a “disturbing overreach.” And Kevin Drum of Mother Jones, while condemning Daleiden’s politics, has defended his rights, saying, “This was a legitimate investigation, and no level of government should be in the business of chilling it.”

We are witnesses to an abuse of power by government that represents a test of our democracy. Anyone who fails to rally to the cause of the Americans victimized in this case should be discredited.
Though I have not been shy about criticizing President Trump when I think he deserves it, he is not involved.

This is what political persecution looks like. This, right here. Look no further. David Daleiden, Sandra Merritt, and the Center For Medical Progress are now facing 15 felony charges for committing the crime of exposing Planned Parenthood’s crimes.
As you may recall, the Center For Medical Progress released a series of videos in 2015 exposing Planned Parenthood’s baby trafficking operation. Hours and hours of undercover footage captured various high ranking Planned Parenthood officials as they confessed to selling the severed limbs and disemboweled organs of dead children, and on several occasions it showed them actually in the act of negotiating over fees. In one particularly ghoulish episode, an abortionist worried that she was getting “low balled” on the price of a murdered child’s body part, exclaiming, “I want a Lamborghini!”
But, as it turns out, Planned Parenthood officials trying to sell dead babies on camera is not compelling proof that Planned Parenthood officials sell dead babies. When a Planned Parenthood official says, in effect, “Why, yes, we sell baby organs — now how much will you pay for a liver?” that is, according to our justice system and the media, still insufficient evidence that Planned Parenthood actually does the thing they admitted to doing. Instead, the video is only evidence that the sinless angels at Planned Parenthood are being ruthlessly victimized by the bullies who shot the video.
The case against Daleiden is as weak as the case in defense of Planned Parenthood.
All decent human beings should be infuriated.

After they were eventually shamed into covering the Kermit Gosnell trial - many in the media admitted they should have covered it earlier and more vigorously. Some of the more honest journalists and outlets also admitted they had not reported on it because of their biases and reluctance to write about a story that shines a negative spotlight on abortion. But that was then and this is now, they said. We will do better next time, they promised.
Well the next time has arrived and passed and the media has again completely ignored a truly shocking story about abortion. The Senate Judiciary committee last week published a 500-page report on the practice of abortion clinics profiteering from selling body parts of aborted fetuses. The committee makes it very clear that although they were prompted to act by the CMP’s famous undercover Planned Parenthood videos, their investigation was completely separate. They relied almost exclusively on documents acquired under subpoena from Planned Parenthood and the businesses doing the actual buying and selling. And they were doing a lot of buying and selling.
The law is very, very clear - it is illegal to make any profit from the body parts of fetuses or indeed any body parts of any human. But the documents subpoenaed from Planned Parenthood and related companies show how the law was completely and willfully ignored. This was a huge and very, very profitable business.
The report is a window into a very strange and very chilling world of selling baby parts. And in this very creepy world nothing goes to waste. Matching up documents and invoices the Committee found just how one $15 an hour “technician” spent an hour of his time in early summer 2014. “For Example on one day in June 2014, the ABR technician obtained a 20 week old fetes at a [Planned Parenthood] clinic. From that one fetus, ABR sold its brain to one customer for $325; both of its eyes for $325 each ($650 total) to a second customer, a portion of its liver for $325 to a third customer; its thymus and for $325 and another portion of liver to a fourth customer; and its lung for $325 to a fifth customer.
These fees are merely the service fees for the specimens themselves; ABR separately charged each customer for shipping, disease, screening, cleaning and freezing, as applicable. So from that single fetus for which ABR paid a mere $60, ABR charged its customers a total of $2,275 for tissue specimens, plus additional charges for shipping and disease screening.”
It might be a small comfort to some to know that in the selling of baby body parts - the disabled are treated equally. In fact they might be more valuable. ABR invoices show the same prices were charged for the parts of a 21-week-old Down Syndrome fetus, except that a buyer was found to pay $325 for a leg and an extra $325 for the baby’s skin. Yes, you read that correctly. In America, in 2016, you can buy the skin of a Down Syndrome fetus for the very reasonable price of just $325 (plus shipping).
And the technicians are efficient. They can do several fetuses in a morning. According to the company's’ own documents one technician did four in a morning - harvesting body parts that they were able to sell for $6,825 and that does not include a hefty cost per part for “shipping, disease testing, cleaning and freezing…..which were subject to separate fees.”
The Senate report is an astonishing document. Once they get through the historical context it becomes a page-turning account of the highly profitable business of selling baby parts in the United States. And just like Kermit Gosnell, who was allowed to kill for years, everyone turned a blind eye to the baby selling even though hundreds, perhaps thousands, of professionals were part of the business transactions. These companies had contracts with Planned Parenthood and other abortion clinics. These contracts were revised and altered by lawyers and accountants - all of whom presumably knew that the law explicitly forbids any profiteering from the sales of any body parts of anyone. And the bills were all paid.
If you want some shocking reading, go to the Senate Report and flick forward to the exhibits and there you can see just a sample of the thousands of invoices that were going back and forth in the baby parts business. They are normal invoices complete with the usual terms of payment. You’ve seen it before on every invoice you've ever seen - the company must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date and then the stern warning: “Accounts not paid within 30 days of invoice are subject to a 1.5 percent monthly finance charge.” It is all very normal - and boring - everyone has their account number and their invoice number and then you look at what is actually detailed in the invoices - the “liver 2nd trimester,” "brain 2nd trimester,” the “Eyes (2) 2nd trimester.” Did anyone in accounts payable register any objection to payment?
Incidentally, it costs $120 to send an aborted baby’s brain through FedEx Priority Overnight. The report does not detail where the parts were going but presumably they went to universities across the nation. Did none of the highly paid ethics officers at these institutions raise any concern about the large sums of money being paid for the brains, legs, eyes and skin of babies? Well they didn’t. They just kept paying the invoices for the body parts.
It says something about the quality of the Senate report that their part about Planned Parenthood’s involvement in a criminal conspiracy is the least shocking. In 2001, Planned Parenthood did have a policy stating that its clinics had to have an independent accountant verify it was not profiting from the sale of body parts. Those who did not follow these guidelines could be thrown out of the Planned Parenthood network, they were warned.
In 2011, when they found out their clinics were ignoring these guidelines, Planned Parenthood quietly deleted the guidelines from its requirements. By doing so Planned Parenthood headquarters made it quite clear they would not stand in the way of their clinics profiting from the sale of baby parts. Or as the Senate Committee put it, by behaving “in a manner that facilitated the continuation of those fetal tissue payments. Planned Parenthood and the affiliates actions may implicate the federal criminal conspiracy staute18 USC/ 371.” The report is long and detailed - it is a journalist's dream - the committee have basically done all the investigative work, they have the contracts and the invoices, they have the internal documents. But it has basically gone unreported.
As the media frets about fake news and a loss of authority, they might think about covering stories that challenge their beliefs and the beliefs of their friends.

Planned Parenthood Faces the Grinder

It is an ancient saying: "Millstones of Justice turn exceedingly slow, but grind exceedingly fine."
(John Bannister Gibson (1780-1853), American jurist, Pennsylvania Supreme Court.) A similar sentiment has been attributed to Sun Tzu--the Chinese master strategist of war. It has also been attributed to Euripides.
Whatever the source, the sentiment still rings true. And so it is turning out for the legal cases against Planned Parenthood, the US federally funded abortion company. This is the outfit over which the forgettable President Obama pronounced a divine blessing on all their work. This is the outfit that was exposed as selling body parts of killed unborn children for profit. This is the outfit that has attempted to persecute the whistle blowers.
Meanwhile, the wheels of justice continue slowly to grind. It turns out that the US House of Representative has an investigative panel on infant lives. It has quietly been going about its work. The upshot is that the criminal case against Planned Parenthood is slowly increasing in size and weight.

Pro-lifers Discuss Trump’s Plans on Abortion

In the wake of Donald Trump’s upset victory over Democratic rival Hillary Clinton, pro-life lawmakers and leaders expressed optimism about what the president-elect’s administration will mean for their cause.
Trump, who has described himself as pro-life since launching his presidential bid, made a series of conflicting statements on abortion during his campaign and expressed support for abortion prior to his candidacy. He struggled to win over some pro-life activists who questioned the sincerity of his conversion on the issue.
As a candidate, Trump once defended Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider, as an organization that does “good work” for women. He later pledged to nominate pro-life justices to the U.S. Supreme Court and to sign the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act into law.
But will President Trump follow through on his pro-life policy commitments? Two Republican lawmakers said they believe he will.

I was 11 years old when Roe v. Wade (1973) gave women a constitutional right to abortion. My parents told me a story to help me understand this momentous event.
Here was the content: a member of my family, whom I loved, once used her own knitting needles to abort a baby she knew she couldn’t afford to feed.
Here was the meaning: we were practical, hard-working Italians, and nothing was going to hinder us from achieving the American Dream for each and every family member.
This was a story of heroism. The woman was a matriarch who knew how to take control of her own womb, a loving mother who knew poverty and starvation were far worse than death before birth. This was also a story of a nation. Our country was advancing in its high regard for women, leaving the barbaric days of back-alley abortions and welcoming one where medical care came to the aid of heroic women like my beloved relative.
This was one of the first times I remember history folding into future and holding me solidly in the grip of family values: we were a progressive family, and even our unschooled ancestors showed the grit and goodness of the progressive ideas we knew were best.
My family member was not a feminist. Although long dead, she would not want to be remembered this way. She was a poor woman abused by her husband and trapped by a life with too many children to feed. I was taught that the right to choose came to the aid of all women, but especially poor ones.
For most of my childhood and early adulthood, the name “Planned Parenthood” conjured feelings of safety and security.

Great Expectations
A Dying Industry Bleeding Out
Abortion is one of those horrific practices that mean just a few abortions a year are too many. One abortion a year is too many. Sacrificing an innocent child for the convenience of its mother or society is reprehensible. It is a great moral evil.
But there is no magic switch to transform societies instantly. Society is made up of millions of hearts and minds. It is made up of habits, traditions, and institutions which give power, influence and presence to beliefs. The ultimate beliefs of a society are inevitably enshrined in law codes and practice. Therefore, to drive abortion out from society, which is our goal, takes time. It also takes effort on a wide diversity of levels. It requires that we live with evil for a time whilst the life is choked out of it--metaphorically speaking. (Our opponents, of course--the pro-aborts--advocate and practise literal murder, literally cutting and choking life out of human beings.)
In the United States there is a growing conviction that abortion is a great evil. The cause is capturing hearts and minds. Abortion is a shrinking industry. Let's hope that what is seen in the United States becomes the harbinger of doom for the abominable practice throughout the West.

Presidential Pardon in a World Gone Mad

So let us begin with the “world gone mad” part. David Daleiden, the man behind the Planned Parenthood sting videos, has been indicted by a grand jury in Texas. He made the mistake of gathering secret footage of Planned Parenthood doing appalling things with the bodies of little boys and girls. If he had only had the good sense to run a sting operation on the executives of Tyson Foods, demonstrating abusive treatment of chickens, he could be writing his acceptance speech for the Pulitzer now.World Gone Mad
This last August, when the videos were first dropping, I argued that every presidential candidate needed to be asked whether or not he or she would commit to awarding David Daleiden the Medal of Freedom. Sometime after that I had the opportunity to ask Mike Huckabee if he would be willing to do that, and he said it was a good idea. That question is still a good one, is obviously necessary, and needs to be renewed.
But now the stakes are raised — because Planned Parenthood has opted for the bang instead of the whimper — and so we have the perfect opportunity to call and raise them a couple hundred.
